PJ’S CUSTOMS, LLC

My name is PJ, and I’ve been a mechanic for over 20 years.  Even as a kid I liked modifying things, so it’s no surprise that this tendency would find its way into nearly everything I picked up.  I got a hold of a 2000 civic and a 1995 Integra.  The original plan was to pull everything out of the Integra, plop it into the Civic, and sell the Civic for profit and scrap the damaged Integra. Little did I know that this first Honda swap would be the gateway to PJ’s Customs.  I went from a D16 to a B18C1 to a B20 to a J30A4 in about 7 months.  The J series wiring was the most challenging part of the swap.  I was a member of no forums and no social media groups when I did this swap, so the only support I had was a couple of service manuals and 15 years of mechanical experience.  After the swap was done, I joined some Facebook groups and posted pics of my swapped Civic.  One guy asked me if I’d do his wiring, and I reluctantly agreed.  After it was done, he posted a video of him starting his car on one of those FB groups…and that’s when my inboxes started filling up.  So here we are!
