SHIPPING POLICY

I am currently offering Standard Shipping and Shipping plus Full-Coverage Shipping Insurance.  IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU SELECT SHIPPING PLUS FULL-COVERAGE SHIPPING INSURANCE. If you do not select Shipping plus Full-Coverage Shipping Insurance, I will give NO ASSISTANCE if there is a damaged, lost, or stolen package. Please allow 2-3 business days after completion of the harness for your harness to ship. We are not offering expedited shipping as an option at this time.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

All of my products are brand new and considered first-hand due to the nature of my business. Therefore, the code of practice I follow does not suffer second-hand products to be used (except in experimental cases or in such cases where a new connector simply is not available).  For this reason, I do not accept returns/exchanges for any reason other than manufacturer defect or damage.  If you need help with your product selection, and are unsure of what you need, please contact me PRIOR to placing your order so that I can help you find the best option for you to Harness the Power of your swap. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!

CUSTOM ORDERS

For all inquiries regarding custom orders, please contact me via email. Again, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Please refer to the Returns/Refunds policy as it is applicable to Custom Orders as well.
